Order Process
Simply add your items to the cart, complete the form where you’ll provide yours and the party or event details. Once submitted, you'll receive an invoice. Please allow up to 1 business day for this. Once payment is received, your order will be placed in the queue in order of event date for processing, this only applies if your event date is later than two weeks. If your order is within two weeks, please contact us directly, or tick the check box when filling out the form. If you would like your company logo on the wrapper, or you have a specific idea for your theme, please email this with your invoice number in the subject line.
If you’d like an item wrapped that isn’t listed in the shop, please fill out the contact form to discuss your request.
Only available in New Zealand
Shipping fees are calculated after your order is placed. We use NZ Post for deliveries.

No Refunds or Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on customised items. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damage during transit or a mistake on my part, please contact me immediatly and I wiIl be happy to assist you.
